• Not profiteer by using this service to charge pupils in excess of any costs incurred by you to use the service.
• Any users suspected of failing to comply with the above obligations, or abusing the service, will have their registration terminated immediately.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SwapDrivingTest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.

SwapDrivingTest is a neutral platform. We are not involved in the actual transactions or communications between users. We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of the information they post.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, SwapDrivingTest is not responsible or liable for any information shared by you that was not obtained in full compliance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

By accessing or using SwapDrivingTest (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
